Eva is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Langara College RMT Program. Her passion for understanding the human body started while studying Fine Arts at the University of British Columbia. Eva’s deep interest in holistic healing drives her to continuously learn and refine her approach, helping patients improve their overall well-being. This passion eventually led her to explore osteopathy, and she is currently furthering her studies at the Canadian School of Osteopathy.

Eva takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to treatment, recognizing that every body is unique. Her sessions include a comprehensive health history review, assessment, hands-on therapy, and home-care recommendations. She listens closely to her patients and tailors each session to their specific needs, incorporating techniques such as:

  • myofascial release
  • deep tissue therapy
  • active release techniques
  • trigger point therapy
  • muscle energy techniques
  • manual lymph drainage (neck and face)
  • hydrotherapy
  • Swedish massage.

Massage therapy, as defined by the Health Professional Act, means the health profession in which a person provides, for the purposes of developing, maintaining, rehabilitating or augmenting physical function, or relieving pain or promoting health, the services of an assessment of soft tissue and joints of the body, and treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction, injury, pain and disorders of soft tissue and joints of the body by manipulation, mobilization and other manual methods.

Eva is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and offers Direct billing options.
